What we collect
Your mobile number, name and role; the records you create (sites, photos, surveys, bills, expenses, payments, messages); device push token if you allow notifications; and crash reports without personal details.
Why
To run the app for your company: showing records to the right people, sending approvals and mentions, making PDFs, and exporting to Tally. Nothing is used for advertising.
Location
Read only in the foreground when you check in or photograph a site, and saved with that record so the company knows where it was taken.
Who sees it
Your company’s owner and the teammates your role allows. Clients see only what you choose to share (a report or quotation link).
How long
As long as your company uses the app. When you delete your account your number and name are removed; records you made for the company stay with the company.
Your choices
Change language, notifications and appearance in Me. Delete your account from Me → Delete account. Questions: write to the company that invited you, or to EPCoffice at support@epcoffice.com.
This website
epcoffice.com is run by EPCoffice. The free calculator, survey and design tools keep your drafts in your own browser; nothing is sent to us unless you sign in or email us. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the survey's map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri, which see your IP address. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

कौन देखता है
कंपनी का मालिक और वे टीम के लोग जिन्हें आपका रोल अनुमति देता है। क्लाइंट सिर्फ़ वही देखते हैं जो आप भेजते हैं (रिपोर्ट या कोटेशन लिंक)।
कितने समय तक
जब तक आपकी कंपनी ऐप इस्तेमाल करती है। खाता हटाने पर आपका नंबर और नाम हट जाते हैं; कंपनी के लिए बनाए रिकॉर्ड कंपनी के पास रहते हैं।
आपके विकल्प
Me में भाषा, सूचनाएँ और रूप बदलें। खाता हटाने के लिए Me → खाता हटाएँ। सवाल हों तो जिस कंपनी ने जोड़ा उसे या EPCoffice को support@epcoffice.com पर लिखें।

epcoffice.com EPCoffice चलाता है। मुफ़्त कैलकुलेटर, सर्वे और डिज़ाइन टूल आपका ड्राफ़्ट आपके ही ब्राउज़र में रखते हैं; जब तक आप साइन इन न करें या हमें ईमेल न करें, हमें कुछ नहीं भेजा जाता। पेज Google Fonts से फ़ॉन्ट और सर्वे का नक्शा OpenStreetMap और Esri से लेता है, जो आपका IP पता देखते हैं। हम कोई विज्ञापन या ट्रैकिंग कुकी नहीं लगाते।
