Using EPCoffice
EPCoffice is a tool for rooftop-solar businesses to keep site photos, surveys, bills, payments and approvals in one place. You use it on behalf of your company; your company owner can see the records you create for it.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your phone secure; anything done from your signed-in phone counts as done by you. Tell your owner if you lose it, so they can remove the phone from the company.
Your content
Photos, voice notes and documents you add stay yours and your company’s. We store them to show them back to you and your teammates, to make PDFs and to export to Tally when you ask.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, do not run adverts, and do not track your location in the background. Location is read only when you tap Check in or take a site photo.
Estimates
Panel layouts, prices, subsidy figures and savings shown in the app are estimates to help you plan. A site survey and the DISCOM decide the final design and subsidy.
Changes and ending
You can delete your account from Me at any time. We may update these terms; we will show the new version in the app before it applies.
EPCoffice का उपयोग

आपका खाता
आप अपने मोबाइल नंबर से लॉग इन करते हैं। फ़ोन सुरक्षित रखें; लॉग इन फ़ोन से किया गया हर काम आपका माना जाएगा। फ़ोन खो जाए तो मालिक को बताएँ ताकि वे उसे कंपनी से हटा सकें।
आपकी सामग्री
आपकी फ़ोटो, वॉइस नोट और दस्तावेज़ आपके और आपकी कंपनी के रहते हैं। हम उन्हें आपको और टीम को दिखाने, PDF बनाने और माँगने पर टैली में भेजने के लिए रखते हैं।
हम क्या नहीं करते
हम आपका डेटा नहीं बेचते, विज्ञापन नहीं दिखाते, और बैकग्राउंड में लोकेशन ट्रैक नहीं करते। लोकेशन सिर्फ़ चेक इन या साइट फ़ोटो लेते समय पढ़ी जाती है।
अनुमान
ऐप में दिखाए पैनल लेआउट, दाम, सब्सिडी और बचत अनुमान हैं। फ़ाइनल डिज़ाइन और सब्सिडी साइट सर्वे और DISCOM तय करते हैं।
बदलाव और समाप्ति
आप Me से कभी भी खाता हटा सकते हैं। हम ये शर्तें बदल सकते हैं; लागू होने से पहले नया संस्करण ऐप में दिखाया जाएगा।
